- my team moves really fast, most of the time we have many big changes from day to day. personally being in touch with what they are doing helps me have the global picture, it also allows us to be able to take each other’s projects when the need arrives. the guys do try to shorten the daily time, but sometimes we have pressing matters and less than 1-hour isn’t enough. if every other day works for you that is probably the right choice for your team. it also depends on the size of the team, with 10 people, doing a lengthy daily is probably too much, either in time or frequency.
- we talk in turns, everybody is updating on their current projects
- no one is zones out, we rely on each other for ideas and the discussion is always moving forward. on occasion someone may have more to say, the focus changes from person to person depending on the situation.
