Keep in mind we have project deadlines, those are loosely based on our estimation of how long we think the project should last. These estimations are subject to change if we feel like we need more time, or that we worked on something and reached an adequate conclusion. progress is shared internally every day, and externally every week. If you need more fine-tuning regarding project progress, I’m sure a mechanism could be thought of. For a team of 2–4 people, this seems to work nicely, I suspect that for a bigger team, more changes are needed. We dont enter a new project that seems risky (lets say unsupervised with sparse validation data) without doing a 1–2 week POC first, that can help you get some idea regarding a bigger deadline. I hope that helps.
